Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of Gucci Gucci Goo Gifts, or the product is defective. Gucci Gucci Goo Gifts is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods.

Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Items must be shipped prepaid and insured in secure packaging. Customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping and handling. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.

Please carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each page lists the order in which initials should be entered. Please follow these carefully.

Order Cancellation and Changes

To cancel or change an order, call 281-235-9700. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production.
